You are responsible for the authenticity of all documents you submit (ID, income, property, business). Submitting forged or materially incorrect information may result in rejection by the bank, legal action, and termination of our engagement without refund of any fees paid.

Initial consultation, eligibility assessment and bank-comparison quotations are offered free of charge. Where any service or facilitation fee applies, we will disclose it in writing before you engage us. Bank-side charges (processing fees, valuation, legal, CERSAI, stamp duty, GST, etc.) are determined by the bank and paid by you directly to the bank.
